Adult Day Care Centers provide a safe environment where adults living at home can come and enjoy social and therapeutic activities and receive the assistance they may require with feeding, toileting, grooming and ambulation.

We understand that not one care plan fits all. By attending the Adult Day Center each individual will receive the following:
1. Individual consultation and Plan of care
2.Encouragement and assistance to reach their maximum level of independence and function
3. Provide support, respite and education for caregivers
4. Prevent loneliness and isolation
5. Prevent premature entry into skilled nursing facilities
Meet the staff of Young in Spirit Adult Day Center
Our specialized trained staff consist of a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse, LPN, Therapy Assistants, Activity Director and Certified Nurse Assistants. Food Manager, who is certified under the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.

Skilled Nursing Services/Medication Administration
Young in Spirit has a full-time LPN on staff.
Physical Disability Support/Transportation
Young in Spirit offers door to curb transportation. Our drivers always greet our clients with a big smile.
Nutritional Meals
Young in Spirit is enrolled in the Dept. of Health Senior Services Adult Food Program. Clients receive a nutritional breakfast, lunch and a snack.
Activities
Young in Spirit has a Garden Club!
Young in Spirit client's enjoy bowling weekly and a variety of community outings, such as movies, shopping, out to lunch. Special trips as well to the Zoo, Grants Farm, History Museum Art Museum, Science Center, etc.
Young in Spirit holds a exercise class twice weekly and lots of dancing with entertainment.
